Hey Product Hunt! On Deck’s mission is to expand the global startup economy, because startups are the best hope of building a better future. The biggest constraint on startup creation is founders willing to take the leap. For everyone starting a company today, there are hundreds more sitting on the sidelines. This amounts to a phenomenal and unnecessary waste of human potential. That’s why On Deck is excited to announce ODX, a $100 million community fund that accelerates founders with $125,000 and an All Access Pass to the On Deck network to hire talent, fundraise and find customers. Founders need more than just capital: they require customers to partner with, world-class talent to enlist in their journey, advice from operators who’ve done it before, and much more. Most firms start with capital, and then try to build networks on top. On Deck is approaching it the other way around – we started with building the value first, our community, then bringing on the capital. For the past few years, we’ve built a network of programs where the most talented people in tech go to start, scale or join companies, or invest in their careers among a cohort of their peers. Now you can tap into all of it to fundraise, hire and scale.

I went through Ondeck and turned my zoom teaching sessions into a venture funded mobile app. I hired a product manager, partnerships lead, got media support, found my first thousand users. Was an amazing experience!

I feel privileged to have joined On Deck as a fellow earlier in the year and I received so much value from the NoCode fellowship that I recommend it to most people I talk to. So now, it's genuinely exciting to see this fund come to life and gear up to change a lot of people's lives - founders as well as their customers.
