@turnernovak "sacredness" is a key value for On Deck overall and critical for OD50 since we envision that over half of our fellows will be working fulltime while looking for their next roles. Privacy is in our DNA. This is also why the amazing folks who have already committed to join our first cohort are just blue profiles on our website instead of sharing their names :)

What's the basic requirements for the program? Can someone under 22 apply?

@wearekurama mindset is the most important requirement! Entrepreneurial person who's ready for their next role and has demonstrated success in their background, regardless of their exact area of expertise. (A bit more detail in the FAQs on the website, too.) And yes people of any age can apply since startups need to hire experienced folks as well as those earlier in their careers in order to be successful :)
