Wonderful and helpful app. Helps me to check social media less! I use it on every day basis and it simply works! Thanks for shipping it! P.S. “follow the dot” exercise is super effective on preventing unwanted apps openings. I would say the same effectiveness as breathing exercise.

Great idea. It totally makes sense why this would work. This sometimes happens for me when I open a social media site out of habit, but it's is taking a second or two to load. That gives me enough time to slow down and decide if I really need to be going there right now. And this app sounds like it would formalize and augment that same mechanism.
