OneCal is a productivity tool that helps professionals synchronize their meetings across multiple calendars in real-time. Upon synchronizing your calendars, you'll never have to deal with meeting conflicts again.
Just tried it today and it worked flawlessly! Looking forward to the updates, especially the ability to view all events within OneCal or scheduling links.
@ervinkalemi we are really grateful for all the support and advice you've shared with us. We'll do our best to make it the most complete calendar tool out there, will keep you posted ππ
Congrats on the launch @eraldo_forgoli, @kleo_xhindoli. The product is very intuitive to use, synchronization is fast, and the pricing is great. Saves tons of manual syncing effort. Keep up the good wok!
@manas_sharma please give it a try and let us know if you have any questions or suggestions.
Our end goal is to make OneCal the single app to rule all your calendars. We are currently working on adding Outlook support and editing the synchronizations. We are planning on adding scheduling links, displaying all events in OneCal, etc. Check our Public Roadmap for more: https://trello.com/b/hF2d7AQi/%F...
@eraldo_forgoli Already bookmarked. You are solving the problem I personally face a lot as I have multiple emails for work and standard calendar apps aren't really built to make things sync nicely. Will try it over the weekend write to you with suggestions and feedbacks.
@bryan_guffey hey, we haven't had any requests to add CalDAV support. If we see interest in it, why not. Please check our Public Roadmap to see what's coming next:https://trello.com/b/hF2d7AQi/%F...
Note that we have recorded your feedback on adding CalDAV support π
@bryan_guffey as @eraldo_forgoli said, neither CalDAV nor Fastmail is planned currently due to the low amount of interest we have seen. Although that might change soon :)
Hey Product Hunt!
We're exited to finally launch our product to the world.
We set out to build the best product for ourselves with the hope that other people will find it useful too. I couldn't be happier with what we've built so far and I'm looking forward to all your feedback!
@romfrolov Please give it and try and let us know your thoughts. We'll do our best to improve the experience and make it a more complete tool over time. We also have a Public Roadmap: https://trello.com/b/hF2d7AQi/%F...
Let us know if you have any features that you'd like us to implement. Cheers π
I think maybe im missing the point of this. I add add multiple calendars in google calendars, so what's the reason I would need a tool like this to view and update all my calendars?
@britt_joiner thanks for asking this!
You need OneCal because:
1. OneCal is not only for you to view the events, but to effectively communicate your busy slots across multiple calendars. You are able to view all your events across multiple calendars using ICal or Google Calendar, but your team members won't, leading to conflicts.
2. Multiple Providers: You might have an Outlook and Google calendar, synchronising the meetings so everyone knows your real availability is a pain.
3. Synchronisation configs: We offer a rich synchronization config, for example, you might not want to display the title of the events from your other calendars (same goes for description, participants, etc). You can even take it to another level, by choosing to synchronize events based on your response to an event, mark events as private, etc.
We also have a blog post explaining why you might want to synchronize your calendars that goes into more detail about your question: https://www.onecal.io/blog/why-w...
I hope this makes it a little bit clearer. Please let us know if you have more questions.
@chameli_kuduva thanks! For sure. Our end goal is to make OneCal the single app to rule all your calendars. We are currently working on adding Outlook support and editing the synchronizations. We are planning on adding scheduling links, displaying all events in OneCal, etc. Check our Public Roadmap for more:

Please let us know about the features that you think would make OneCal a complete tool for you. π
@westyer Thanks, appreciate your feedback!

Hello Product Hunt π!
Weβre excited to share with you today OneCal: a productivity tool that helps you avoid meeting conflicts by automatically blocking time in your work calendar for meetings in other calendars.
β Background
My co-founder @kleo_xhindoli and I have been working as Software Engineer consultants for more than 6 years, working for small and large US corporates and startups. During these years, we have routinely worked with multiple calendars and dealt with meeting conflicts pretty often.
We kept experiencing the same issue over and over again, and three months ago we started building OneCal, with the sole purpose of making calendar synchronization as easy as possible.
In September we launched our Private Beta and reached 400+ private beta users which gave us amazing feedback about the app and helped us improve the experience even more.
Today we are happy to launch our Public Beta with the Product Hunt community. π
π Main Features:
π Real-Time Updates: Your calendars are automatically updated in real-time as the original events change or new events are added.
π Multi-Way Syncs: Choose from one-way or multi-way syncs between 2 or more calendars. Set up once and forget.
βοΈ Fully Configurable: You have all the necessary tools to easily configure exactly what you want to sync over. No more, no less.
π Privacy Focused: We only store the data we absolutely need to perform the sync. No data about your events is stored in our systems.
π³ Team Plans: We offer team plans for your whole organization to start using OneCal and sync their calendars.
π Simple Interface: No need for extensive doc pages. Everything is clearly explained and good defaults are provided out of the box.
π€Who is it for?
Anyone who deals with more than one calendar on a daily basis: Agencies, founders, enterprises, solopreneurs, freelancers, marketersβ¦ you name it π
π°What's in the box?
Since no launch is complete without a special deal for our friends at Product Hunt, weβre offering:
- 20% recurring discount using the discount code: hunter (on top of 2 months off if you purchase an annual plan).
We love hearing from our users, so don't be shy about giving us feedback or asking questions in the comments!
Have an amazing day ahead,
Eraldo

I have multiple calendars across different business and personal accounts, which has caused scheduling issues. I'm surprised Google doesn't have something like this built-in.
@rrhoover thanks for commenting π We've been facing these issues for quite some time, and most of the solutions require a lot of manual effort, or simply don't work.
Furthermore, having different calendar providers elevates the problem even more (for example having a Google calendar and an Outlook calendar).
We are trying to solve the synchronization issue first, then expand to give users more control across multiple calendars.
@rrhoover I certainly wasn't expecting to see you here when I woke up today π
To be honest managing multiple calendars using one of the big calendar providers is a huge pain. There's a lot of areas of improvement we're seeing third parties (ourselves included) try and fill in. Calendly is obviously a big one. But we're also seeing improvements from third parties with the calendar experience itself, which just goes to show how far behind Google and others have fallen.
Thanks for your support π
