Hi PH, I’m Gordi from the onetool team. We are the app store for SaaS that will help you discover awesome business apps and manage them all in one place, with only one login and one invoice. We’re a young startup trying to solve the SaaS Chaos out there and need your feedback to make this happen. This is one of the best ideas since sliced bread! Having dozens of platforms and logins to manage this has been a problem of mine for such a long time, I was wondering why no one had created a solution to this yet. Out of curiosity: Are there no competitors in your space who have created a similar solution? Congrats to the makers!

@ryanchaliff thanks. Our competitors mainly try to handle this problem by crawling bank account information and then giving you statistics on the tools you use. We use deep integrations with our SaaS partners that allow for full management capabilities like single-sign-on, one-click employee on-boarding, analytics, etc.

Looks really good! Something like that was needed for a long time indeed. Looking forward to listing Portal in it. Are you open to early stage startups that could leverage your platform to gain exposure to first users in exchange for providing significant discounts/free trials on software?

@the_andriy_bond Hi Andriy, in general we are open to it. However, we need to make sure that the product is of good quality (normally it has to be a tool that can get understood very easily by users) and that you already have a good idea about your pricing levels. I'm open to talk and explore how we can collaborate, please send me an email to andriy@heyportal.io I do believe there is an opportunity for you worth exploring around building a very efficient channel for early stage SaaS to find first users and for your customers to try new software with low risk.

Just checked it out. very interesting, and might be something for my company, especially if you get more and more tools over time. Couple of questions: - Which categories do you see the most tools & use in? - I couldn't find the section of how I can manage my whole team. Where can I find it?

@skagarroum Thanks Skander. 1) We see a lot of usage in "tool basics" which means fundamental tools every startup needs, such as project management (ClickUp), CRM (pipedrive), Survey (QuestionScout), Video Conferencing (Vectera & Meetfox), Screen Recording (StoryXPress) & Hiring (GoHire) 2) You're right. It is not live yet and will be shipped the next 10-14 days. (These integration require a lot of technical work and we want to make sure they are all working for all vendors before we release them).

This sounds like an awesome platform! Maybe even a competitor in some ways to Product Hunt... Is onetool open to all SaaS companies?

While discovery is important we'd like to focus more on the integration with our vendors to make it easy for companies 100-500 employees to manage their SaaS stack in one plan with just a few clicks. In general, we are open to all SaaS companies. However, we have to make sure to keep the quality of tools high.

Really great product! I would love to see the image carousel fixed so that when clicking through images for a particular product the next image is already loaded and slides into place. Currently there is a short delay for the next image to populate in the carousel.

This is incredible! I can't even remember (literally) the amount of times I've forgotten about a subscription only to notice it on the bank statement and realize I wasn't even using it for the last three months! Life saver!
