Congrats on the launch! Love the idea. I was in the ad space for several years as well. You're recreating an ad network for independent medias which is pretty cool. Curious about pricing do you take a cut of the advertising budget or you make advertisers pay for a subscription to be part of the network?

And yes, that's exactly the idea I had in mind hehe, to allow ads for smaller medias/advertiser (and big ones as well)
For now there is no pricing or commissions, but I will probably add a subscription later for advertisers based on feedback 😁

Media define their own pricing, but at the end the more demand there is for a media the higher the prices will be, so, technically it's kinda like a bidding

I'm super excited to make Open For Ads for the community!
Here is a fun story: 3 weeks ago I gave myself a little challenge of making the whole product in one week. I scheduled the Product Hunt launch before making the actual app. I only had a landing page and a few media on the waitlist. I was ready to launch, but then...
...I ate a bad burrito, had really bad food poisoning, and ended up in the hospital due to extreme dehydration. 🥵
Since the launch was scheduled, it launched while I was away. But fortunately, Product Hunt's team was kind enough to delete it and allow me to launch again. So, here we are! 😄
