Congrats @kodjima33 on the launch of Omi AI App! I've been using my Friend device for a while, and pre-ordered the new version which I am excited about.

Looks pretty good, I love the fact it actually works with every hardware - makes it much more compelling !

Love how the software is now becoming detached from any particular hardware — will be interesting to see how people creatively use this and build on top :)

A wonderful project that's open source, inexpensive and easy to use. I love that it's unintrusive and requires minimal interaction. Just put it on and go about your day until you need to remember a conversation you had or a recommendation you got.

Congrats on your latest launch! Like others have said, the lack of vendor lock-in is a big plus to me and have placed a pre-order. Hoping to receive it soon so I can run the models from home and make something of my 2+ years of journal entries.

I love Omi! I built my own Openglass and have been advocating Open Source for a while now. I definitely would explore the capabilities of one of the necklaces

I would use this if I can store all the data on my own server instead of Google Firebase, etc.
