Great potential. Tried Twitter, and the flow is pretty straightforward. Very important to add comprehensive knowledge base, for decent make-sense replies. The strongest point is that you don't need to share your account or give permissions: with the Chrome Extension, tou simply need to have your Twitter page opened and being logged in. One flaw could be the need of leaving the agent and browser constantly open, though; i tried 2 counts/24 hours: what happens when I shut my pc down? Does the agent get reset, hence stops working? It doesn't seem very viable to have a dedicated pc open 24/7 for the purpose. Can @kellyann3644 please explain? Either way, as a new product, I definitely support this.
