@toddg777 @darynakulya Hi, I'm in Malaysia - I downloaded the app on my iPhone, and for some reason I can't get pass the SMS verification code screen - although I received the SMS, putting it in and pressing the button takes me nowhere.

This is exactly what I wanted from Republic Wireless and it looked like they were building this same exact product. Fast forward a few years later, and it's no where to be found and they increased their monthly by $10. Well, you now have a new customer.

Love the looks and I get the idea, but you should emphasize this is software, not an actual phone. OpenPhone is an incredible product for two reasons: 1) It opens up a completely new channel for customer service that has previously been clunky/hard to manage as a team. We can now effectively use texting as a way to reach our customers while keeping everyone on the team aware of the latest communication. 2) At the same time, it gives our team members a new, work number that they can use without having to have a second phone with a different SIM card, etc. They love having that separation, and not having to either use their personal number or have a work phone just for work calls/texts.
