These were my biggest takeaways:
1 - SaaS tailwinds (digital transformation) have accelerated. It’s time to step on the gas or get left behind.
2 - Product teams are revenue generating resources. We need to hold them to targets just like sales.
3- Look beyond term sheets and pick the partner who will help you achieve your objective of building a large and enduring business.
It was nuts to see how dramatically larger organizations decreased their monthly burn rate--ostensibly because of COVID, but how these same businesses seemed to have ramped their customer success engines, because NDR is way, way up.
