Who do you see as the first adopter here? Personally I love the pitch I'm just hesitant about your claims of the designer-level product since I haven't heard of the brand

You could ask e.g. "If you were offered designer-level luggages for half the price, would you buy them?" You'd probably learn about other concerns they have or even glean marketing insights based on what language they use.
