I love Orbit's actionable intelligence to guide and grow your community. There isn't a person in the tech startup or software world that hasn't encounter the problem that Orbit solves.
Been a fan of this team since meeting some of them at events around San Francisco. Big fan of their work prior (Keen, Algolia, etc). Great to see this hitting the Product Hunt world!
I've been waiting for this for *years*. Your "community" typically isn't your support site, it is an ecosystem of digital spaces and relationships.
Orbit is the first tool I've seen and used that makes serious strides in helping you centralize, organize, visualize interact with this ecosystem.
+ great team of serious community folks that are thinking beyond this current wave of community frothiness.
Love this product! The API first approach and flexible data schema make Orbit useful to every community team!
So many community teams get shoehorned into SFDC, which is a great tool... For sales! Orbits the right tool for community teams.
I also recommend Orbit for early-stage b2d teams looking for insights to validate their MVP and personas. The engagement reports that Orbit delivers will help inform your DX strategy, content, ideal personas, etc. etc. etc.
