Hey folks, I'm one of the founders of Orbit, and I'm happy to answer any questions about the product, founding a startup, or building community-driven companies. We onboarded nearly 3,000 users during our beta, and fed those learnings right back into the product, so I'm super excited to get more ideas and feedback from the PH community!

Hi everyone! Creators and companies alike are increasingly understanding the strategic value of community to grow their audience or their business. But given the fragmented nature of communities today, it's difficult for community builders to know what’s working and what’s not across all the channels they use. Orbit gives you a complete view of your community, no matter where your members are engaging, and equips you with tools to proactively engage members and key segments. Orbit is like mission control for a community, unlocking new insights about who are the most active and influential members, which channels are most important, and where they can improve their community programs. The result is a better experience for community members as well as a deeper understanding of ROI for community builders and business leaders. For individual contributors building community, it provides actionable insights into: * who is new within their community and they should reach out to * what community members are at risk of churn or have gone dormant * who their champions are who should be nurtured and encouraged * which users could become champions with the right support or recognition * where to run events or which platforms to spend more time on * which topics their community is interested in and they should produce content about This extends to related functions too, flagging potential case studies for marketing, new potential leads for sales, potential new hires for talent teams, and who they can reach out to for product feedback. For leadership, it enables them to know if their community strategy is working, where to focus their resources and what the impact of their community investments is having on their business.

Early user here. Absolutely love Orbit; the insights and data really has helped a ton while I've been building a community and an engagement plan from the ground up. The model has been a great tool to explain to folks new to community building how organic community growth works, and to tie it into something concrete people can see is lovely. The team is very responsive and helpful, and they thrive on honest feedback. I'm a huge fan, and I can't wait to see where Orbit goes (hint: rockets go up)!

The best discovery I've made in months for my open-source project Leapp. Orbit is definitely the best way I found to track and reward members inside the community! Also, the orbit Blog is rich in content and technics to improve community-building skills

I've been waiting for this for *years*. Your "community" typically isn't your support site, it is an ecosystem of digital spaces and relationships. Orbit is the first tool I've seen and used that makes serious strides in helping you centralize, organize, visualize interact with this ecosystem. + great team of serious community folks that are thinking beyond this current wave of community frothiness.

There are few folks I've learned that truly *get* community. It's something that's hard to describe, doesn't scale, is time and labor-intensive. The Orbit team gets community. And they're continuing to invest their time and energy in the people who truly get community, incorporate user feedback so heavily, and educate others on what it means to have healthy communities. Congrats to all the team! So well deserved!
