OrgaNice is an all-in-one HR platform for Slack-first teams. Powered by AI, it takes care of all those pesky routine tasks that managers usually have to deal with. It's all about keeping your on-Slack teams organized, recognized, synchronized, and engaged.

I've been in startup circles since the early 2010s, and I can confidently say that Slack reigns as the top choice for collaboration among small businesses and their teams. Personally, I'm a huge fan of Slack. We've got all our teams organized within the Slack workspaces, and we handle about 80% of our communication with customers, clients, and partners through them.
It’s no surprise that when you're spending most of your work time in Slack, you don't want to be constantly juggling tabs and applications. You’d like to have all the team management stuff, including HR, right at your fingertips. I'm talking about everything from daily tasks like keeping employee data updated and tracking time offs, to bigger picture goals like team recognition and engagement.
When we began searching for a solution, we discovered dozens of awesome bots in the Slack App Directory, each tackling specific small issues. However, we couldn't find a single Slack-first solution that addresses most HR needs. Of course, you can buy standalone HR software with 1000+ features and a minimum price of $50 per user, but is it worth the investment? Understanding that startups are looking for a simpler, cheaper alternative, we started working on it.

@andrewfan OrgaNice looks like an innovative solution for Slack-first teams! How does the AI assist in maintaining up-to-date employee data while integrating with existing Slack workflows?
I like this "no bullshit" approach. That's just perfect for our small team, previously we had time offs set up via Slack integration and it was pain, then we gave a try for all other Slack bots for time offs and they were all same bad.

@vasily_kolosov1 hey! thank you for your interest! The AI part is mostly useful for managers; it can generate an Org Chart, or help with crafting messages for your employees.
