Oura has helped me a lot in making better decisions about my days. When to push harder, when to take it easy and how exercise, diet and other lifestyle decisions impact my sleep. Have been using Oura since gen 1 and am excited to see the next evolution with improved sleep staging, continuous workout heart rate monitoring, daytime heart rate, 7 new skin temperature sensors, period tracking etc. All in an even lighter and smaller package.
Wow, they've added period tracking prediction! That might be a key feature for me. I was using an app but grew inconsistent with manually keeping it up.
Only wearable I've been using day in / out for years. Even after knowing my sleep scores cold I still like to track my respiratory rate and HRV. Excited for the daytime features.
