Outline — Extension that lets you save quick notes while browsing

👋 Hello Everyone! I am Shubham, maker of Outline. I created this project for my personal use but later realised this can be helpful to everyone. Most of the time when we are browsing, we find something interesting and want to quickly jot it down. But most of time it also leads to context switch. To avoid this, I created this project. I simply want something, whenever I am going through some blog, I just want to write all the points I like and I can review later without switching context. Outline is kind of your personal draft. So whatever you like simply click and add it outline. Once its done you can always review your changes. So whatever you like you can save it in your favourite notes/apps. Why outline? 1. Privacy focused. Code is open source. Whatever your data you save, it will be only between you and your computer. 2. Less clutter notes: Outline can help you declutter your notes . So once you satisfied with your notes that this can be part of your personal notes than you can simply copy from Outline 3. Rich text editor: You can highlight your content in text editor I believe this can help a lot of people to stay productive and focused while working. So give it a try! Your feedbacks and suggestions are welcomed. Thank you! If you found any issue or any feature request, feel free to reach out. Note: Outline rely on your chrome storage api. So there is no sync option(You have to manually save your notes). So if you accidentally deleted, its gone :-)
