This is amazing! I used to work for a US company but I was being "hired" and paid by an intermediate who would take 30/40% of my hourly rate just because cross border hiring is considered to be something "hard" to do.

Great product! Recommend it for remote teams with global employees (like AppFollow 😉).

This product looks well thought, and it's definitely needed right now. I'm just curious to know if the fees wouldn't dissuade an employer from hiring internationally for instance. Unless the company has high revenues, I don't know if small and medium-sized ones could afford or be willing to spend $700 monthly, as we can see on picture 3. Am I wrong? So who is this product for?

Great product! It has become a core platform for many of our companies saving them expense, overheads and time in hiring remotely.

I graduated from Remote Ready course. Content was great. I can easily recommend to anyone. I'm sure Oyster will be very successful company in the distributed talent management.
