Seems very very good, your video is super clear and result is exciting. Can you explain how your platform differs from Adobe Sign?
Second question is, do you provide API so that your tool can be integrated with an ERP (for example)?
Cheers and many compliments!
@guidoarata the e-signature version of PandaDoc is free, which is what makes it different from Adobe Sign. You can actually edit documents and mail-merge from CRMs/ERPs with the paid version. As for the APIs, yes, we have them.
I've been using this for the last week or so, and have sent out 5 documents. The UX is far superior to the $15/mo HelloSign plan I've been using, and the fact that it's free definitely helps too!
Great job, @nikita_martynov and team!
@nikita_martynov it's mostly been deals in the last few days. We currently use Close.io, and I know some of your paid plans have an integration with that CRM. Any plans where we can get a (paid) integration for this plan too?
@nikita_martynov great new plan! We've been using PandaDoc as our main document storage/CRM for quite a while and it's awesome.
One thing that is confusing, on your new eSign plan page you have Individual plan priced $9/user/month while we pay $13/user. The same with every other plan, for example, business seat priced $59 at the dashboard, not $49.
New eSignature plan placed after Individual and it's not free (Monthly $35 × 2 seats = $70 per month). Is it correct?
That's great! In my country (S.Korea) there's kinda similar tool like yours, and it's widely using over the few years (called Modusign). Definitely a great timing and high demands :D
@pollock thank you for hunting us!
Since @mikitamikado and @sbarysiuk established PandaDoc in 2011, we’ve always been committed to helping businesses get deals done. During this time of uncertainty, business leaders have enough problems to solve right now and we believe worrying about how to collect signatures remotely shouldn’t be one of them.
We established the new Free eSign plan because we have an obligation to rise to the occasion and help those who need it most. This is especially important for small businesses and startups that are typically hit hard during these times.
The Free eSign plan will contribute to the greater good that the world needs while prioritizing people over profit and also improving many business processes as organizations move rapidly toward remote and distributed work.
@rolodexter You can add as many seats as you need and send as many documents as you want, and you can collect payments! This plan is not limited in time. No limits here – so it is actually free plan :)
I am in love with this service! I normally use hellosign, but this is much better. Love how you can invoice automatically once they sign. Thank you for this.
