Every time I receive a PDF by email asking me to print, fill, sign, scan, send I cringe!
It's 2021! There's no excuse for this pseudo-digital process!

Panda doc is happy to ignore cancelation requests months ahead of renewal and then charge you despite the cancelation flag on the account and then refuse to refund you. as a small business this is unacceptable and any dev's working with this product should beware.
