Look. We’ve seen a lot of job descriptions. And it's pretty clear when the hiring manager took the first response on Google and treated it like a 9-5-themed Mad Libs. To make things easier on all of us, we decided to harness the power of OpenAI’s GPT-3 and Clearbit to make a job description generator. Enter the job’s title, your work email, and hit submit — 90 seconds later you’ll get the template in your inbox, linked as a Google Doc. What you do with it from there is up to you. Post it on Indeed, LinkedIn, Monster, UpWork, or Pangea (hey, that’s us!). Throw it into ChatGPT with some suggestions for improvement, then push it wherever it needs to go. Or do things the old-fashioned way and start typing. We don’t think you need to compromise on quality for effort when you’re hiring. Finding the right people is always going to be hard. Here’s one way to make it easier. We hope you like it + get some use out of AI:JD. And give us a shout if it helps you hire your next rockstar!
