Kam and Alex here. We founded Papercups a little over a year ago and wanted to provide an open source alternative to customer support tools like Intercom and Zendesk. We've recently launched one of our most asked for features: email support.
Now in addition to chat and SMS, you can also respond to customer emails directly from our Papercups dashboard or Slack. Simply create a new forwarding address from Papercups and route any emails directly to it. We have over 2,000 users on Papercups and hundreds of thousands of customer messages sent and we hope to send millions more!
