Paperform is fantastic! It's "Products" module is one of the best out there. Really like how easily I can make a "form-driven" e-commerce sites and get results fast. New features look really nice too!
Dionysia McPherson
@faruque cheers! We do a good job of stepping into the e-commerce space. So many forms need payments, and so many products need to capture rich data beyond checkout info.

Well done, Paperform is always punching above its weight and delivering ahead of the more established players. And great to see an Australian product doing so well too!

Hey hunters! Meet the new Paperform! 🥳 Over the past few months, our team has been working tirelessly to bring a new vision for Paperform to life. It’s still the same product you love, but with an improved experience that’s bound to make life that much simpler, both for you and your respondents. Here's a quick run down of what's new: 1. Say hello to Guided Mode Guided Mode is a brand new setting that can be turned on in the theme settings of any form to automatically transform the form experience into a one-question-at-a-time, guided experience. This is fantastic for surveys, quizzes, and onboarding questionnaires; or really any situation where you are expecting a lot of respondents to answer via mobile devices. Your respondents will love it! 2. Get there faster with Slash Commands You can now use slash commands in the editor to quickly create questions simply by typing "/" and the question type. There are also commands for inserting all other kinds of form content (images, video, headings, etc), and a few other sneaky commands available too! 3. Improvements to the editor: We've made some massive improvements to the form editor. It is now much easier to navigate form creation via the keyboard. Dragging and dropping questions, images, videos and breaks is as simple as clicking anywhere on the element and dragging. 4. Improvements to form load times: We're still measuring exactly how much faster forms will load - but the amount of code that is run at load is approximately 40% smaller than before, so you will notice a significant difference! 5. Improvements to large form responsiveness: We've taken time to improve how responsive large forms can be, particularly on low powered mobile devices. 6. Background video: You can now add a silent video to the background of your form. Use blur and overlays on background videos / images to improve readability. 7. Slider question, a new field type: The "Slider" question can be used to capture numbers within a minimum / maximum quickly and intuitively. There's a full video overview here if you want to check it out:
We can't wait to see what you think of it!

Congrats @dionymcpherson and @dean_mcpherson. Looks like a monster update!
Dean McPherson
Thanks @sven_radavics, it sure is!

Pumped to bring these powerful improvements to the editor along with a whole new way for your respondents to engage with forms (and a few other tricks up our sleeves). This release pushed Paperform even further into the realm of no-code - can't wait to see even more people empowered to create and manage their own forms and pages. Well done team 👏🏼

Congrats @dionymcpherson and @dean_mcpherson. Such a great milestone! I’ve been using Paperform since the end of 2016 and been loving it. It’s one of my favorite tools but it’s also a toy for me. Sometimes I make forms just for fun or to experiment with them. Support is top notch and it feels like a family. Updates are like Christmas but better as they come more than once a year. lol

I have been in the "Forms" business for the past 30 years..started creating forms in Perl and CGI. Here is what most platforms are missing and love to know if anyone is offering. 1. User ID / PW option. I like a user to register and then fill a form, this way they can come back and view it, edit it. 2. The form they filled, an admin can go and edit/add more info/user should be emailed and the user can come back and edit it 3. History tracking 4. Preloading data based on the user logging in to avoid re-entry All the above can be done in Salesforce and been building pages like this in SF for a long time, but they cost an arm and a leg. @jayonsoftware

@jayonsoftware @jay_janarthanan1 Thanks Jay, appreciate the feedback. We may consider PW protected forms and features around respondent login, but it's not currently on our roadmap.

@sarrah thanks Sarrah! We love our support crew too.

Thanks for sharing. This seems nice and clean! Been building with other forms for the past years. Do you have hidden fields as well (prefilled fields based on the url parameters)?
