Parny provide us ease of use. If you are a multi-client organization, Parny can help you control alarms. It is also very descriptive about the definitions of alarms. So it’s a excellent oncall system management system!

Congratulations on a successful PH launch! The service looks very useful. The only feedback I had was that your presentation on PH about the product was much more exciting than the way you're presenting it on your website. Like someone pointed out - this looks very useful for emerging or early stage businesses. Maybe it's for everyone, but you might benefit from being clearer about who it is for.
