Paste is the world's favorite clipboard manager for Mac, iPhone, and iPad. It stores everything you copy and keeps your clipboard organized across all your devices.

This is a must-have Mac app for me. I use it dozens if not hundreds of times a day. So useful!

@chrismessina Hey Chris, I used paste a long time ago. How does it hold up against Alfred?

@happygezim this is a great question. After the Big Sur launch, there was a bug in Paste's sync capabilities, causing it to crash immediately after launch. @stel2k was in touch with me about the issue, but it took about a week to fix. In the meantime, I fell back to Alfred's clipboard feature and ... OMG I missed Paste. Yes, Alfred's was serviceable and functional — but it wasn't as visual, didn't sync, and in general just clearly isn't as focused as Paste's. In Alfred, it's one of MANY features... Paste is ONLY focused on the clipboard. I happily pay for both products, and if you can afford it, I recommend you do too.

Hey Product Hunt! I'm so thrilled to see Paste featured today 😻 Paste 3 is a major update that I have been working on for quite a while to support the power and beauty of the new macOS Big Sur. With a refreshed look and feel, a brand new search engine, and a shiny new icon by @matthewskiles it fits perfectly into the new environment and takes the old-good clipboard to the new level!

Found Paste in @setapp about a year ago, now I don't know how I ever survived without it.
Casey Romkes
Even though tools like Alfred or BetterTouchTool exist that allow for a clipboard, I think Paste is doing this just a lot smarter/nicer - for one thing, it just looks nice! Using different lists, iOS support, not screwing with my universal clipboard al the time, makes it a great app to use. One of the first I install on my mac! Keep up the graet work @stel2k, and happy to support your efforts (through Setapp in my case!)

@stel2k @kees_romkes Yay! Thanks for your support ❤️

Launching soon!
Looks nice, best of luck! 🎉

This is definitely one of the most useful apps for mac. I started using Paste about 3 years ago, loved it the first day, but it got even better since then.
Vitaly Davydov
I've been using Paste for a couple of years. Can't imagine Mac without it.
Dmitry Obukhov
@vitaly_davydov happy to hear that, thanks!
Franco Chan
Would the old version of Paste update in the future?
Dmitry Obukhov
@francochan_zh no, there legacy version will not receive further updates
Michael Roytman
Love your product, but the new subscription model made me go away
Dmitry Obukhov
@michroyt Sorry to see you go :( but sub is what allows to keep it running
Manny
@michroyt agree with you. Fantastic app and execution. I received the "free" temporary upgrade but when that's done I'm going to find something else. Subscription fatigue is right around the corner for a lot of people.
Seb Jachec
@michroyt +1 I love to support apps I use with subscriptions when I know there’s a solid feature roadmap, but having paid for the previous version I’ve kept on using the previous legacy version for months now. I can’t think of many more major features I’d want, and besides UI/icon changes here, it doesn’t look like I’m missing out on much.
Thibaut Tae
@michroyt You should take a look at the app "Pasta"
Patrick Thompson
@michroyt Same here. As a casual user the subscription model is a no-deal for me. Plenty of other options.
Luca Malpiedi
Looks great, best of luck! Any plans for Windows and Android at some stage?
Dmitry Obukhov
@luca_malpiedi Thanks!! No plans so far but never say never ;)
Natalia Solovyeva
Haven't tried it yet. But looks nice.

I get more day to day, minute to minute value from this app then any other app I have installed. Absolute life saver
Kirby Gee
@stel2k Do you offer a lifetime subscription? Paste is an amazing product, it saves me countless hours a week! I'd love to gift a few licenses to some friends.
Dmitry Obukhov
@ybrikeeg Happy to hear that you like Paste! There's a monthly and an annual plan so far
Vincent Poulain
Missing key feature: the ability to (re)name a clipboard item without touching my touchpad.
Michael The Geek 
Love Paste and I use it everyday.
Alexander Ivlev
It’s really must-have app. I’ll be glad for windows-based version too.
Dmitry Obukhov
@alexander_ivlev1 Aww, that'd be challenging :)
Tanner Hearne
@alexander_ivlev1 @stel2k I love Paste on my Mac, and I really wish I had it on Windows. I am happy to pay the subscription price to keep it going and Windows support would put it over the top.
Ignativs
Love the app, but I'm not sure to understand the reasoning behind the subscription, probably because I ignore lots of details. Would you mind explaining what sort of recurring costs need to be paid through it? As far as I know, syncing is made via iCloud, but I could be wrong.
Dmitry Obukhov
@ignativs69 The main ongoing cost is the development and support, you can read more about the subscription in our blog at https://medium.com/pasteapp/meet...
