I just wanted to chime in because we integrated People at Neuro. Big fan of what Han built and as we begin to start building it out, our team is looking at it more as an easily implementable built-in forum for our customers. If anyone's interested, come check it out here: https://getneuro.com/?people
Han Wang
@rebvs_ Thank you so much Kent for being our lighthouse and everything else so far! We're really working hard to building the best product for Neuro and communities all over so your comments really mean a lot to us ❤️

Neat implementation. The onboarding is smooth. And, it's super light. Love it. Note : Community tools need simplicity as it's biggest USP. And pe•ple has it. Persisting Onboarding Problem : Not everyone has the time and patience to fill out tons of fields/forms, upload pics - just to be part of a conversation. Some complain of too much information being asked when onboarding them. Solution : What I like about pe•ple is that the onboarding is non intrusive and frictionless. It's just the email. The simplicity will get people coming back for conversations. @sab8a has done a great job in this space with Veed. ?makers would love to chime in more to help pe•ple make progress. Kudos to you'll ! Cheers, Prashant

@iprashantpillai Thank you so much for that feedback and kind words. I never thought that our simplicity is the biggest USP, but I think you are totally right! Our team would really love the opportunity to chat with you more if you are interested. Shoot us an email at hello@havepeople.com and we'll make it happen

hello, pe*ple shut down their biz? I sent emails on Jan and Feb but haven't got any responses yet. The issues are about menu. The menus of the list on the left don't show all of them on mobile phone but only three of them appear. And I can't move and change their positions by dragging on manager mode, which is a popular feature on any apps nowadays.

Very slick, anyone can launch their own "facebook" in a line of code now🚀
Han Wang
@xitang_zhao Haha we like their own "subreddit" in a line of code but that is a great way to put it
Suddan S S
Very cool @han_wang6
Han Wang
@han_wang6 @suddan001 Haha thank you Suddan! What do you think is something that can be improved on?
Suddan S S
@han_wang6 Mobile responsiveness can be improved. U can also add Email Subscription feature to the product.

What would you say is the big difference between Pe•ple and OnlyFams? (Besides your pricing structure)
Han Wang
@jessehojjensen That is a great question! I have never actually used OnlyFams before so take this with a grain of 🧂. Based on my understanding, pe•ple differs from OnlyFams in three ways: 1. Accessibility - we focus on public communities to boost SEO while OnlyFams are for private communities for more defined use cases. 2. Integration - we have a one-line setup that attaches the plugin to the user's website (example.com?people). OnlyFams has a no-code setup but it is available in a subdomain such as (sub.example.com) 3. Utility - we are a lot more lightweight and use passwordless login whereas OnlyFams is more comprehensive This is mostly due to the different philosophies between our platforms. We focus on different use cases and build with different advantages.

great idea, people! :D

I really love this, community building is so important, especially today. The pricing plan is incredibly competitive too! Congrats on the launch Han :)
Han Wang
@caelin_sutch We think so! 😂 Thank you Caelin!
Nate Watkin
This is great. For the UI of the community, does it use your standard front end? Or is it customizable? Assuming users who create an account on my app would have access to the community and wouldn't have to start a second account?
Han Wang
@assembletv Hey Nate! We currently have a standard front end with only the content categories, private-open type, and dark mode 🌑 (which was super important to us ofc) customizable for the admin. We want to make it as flexible as possible, so do you have any thoughts on what you would like to see for your community?
Nate Watkin
@assembletv @han_wang6 I think having a standard front-end is ideal. I don't want to have to design my own front end. Can you add your logo?
Han Wang
@assembletv @han_wang6 Haha that's great cause it's more or less what the platform is currently. And yup it is completely white-label!
Rohan Sikand
Amazing design!
Han Wang
@rosikand Thank you Rohan!

I really like this. I'm thinking about adding pe•ple to our site as it seems like a good fit. Just so I'm clear - this is a plugin that will allow our community to engage in discussions within the pe•ple UI that we slightly stylize to fit our brand? Can categories be assigned by our community members or only by our company? Anything from use cases, to caregiving tips, to support groups could all be fantastic categories for our community to discuss on our website. Please send any feedback / recommendations. Best, Philip https://www.neiighbor.com/
Aiden Kim
@philipg Hi Philip! Thanks for your interest! Yes, that's right. You can customize using your brand logo and your brand's color and also customize your categories according to your needs. If you have any other questions, please feel free to reach out to hello@havepeople.com 👍🏼
