Hi Product Hunters!
🐇 Make gathering information online and organizing your ideas efficient.
We didn’t build a new browser because viewing a webpage isn’t the problem—finding information and organizing your browser tabs into ideas and action items efficiently is.
That’s why we created an autopilot system that handles 80% of the initial browser tab organization that you either hate doing yourself or get so frustrated by that you nuke your browser once you have 50+ tabs open. Then, we built a workspace that provides a better UX for organizing, ideating, and navigating your daily explorations and work online. We combined the two into a single tool and called it Peek.
Peek integrates with existing browsers (Chrome, Edge, Vivaldi, and Brave for now), so you don’t have to learn a new one.
Your AI autopilot system:
- Organizes tabs into suggested groups as you work. 🗂️
- Summarizes web page collections with one click. 📝
- Finds related pages from your browser history as you type. 🔍
- Keeps related tabs grouped together. 📌
Using the workspace you can:
- Quickly prioritize, organize, and switch between tasks using drag-and-drop. ⏫
- Add notes to topics, keeping ideas and tabs together. 📕
- Search across all notes and web pages. 🔎
- Close and open all tabs related to a topic. ❌
- Save tabs for later easily from your browser. 💾

You lead the way and Peek will follow you down the rabbit hole,

Congratulations on the launch!! 🚀
Have been a daily user for several months, and really love what Peek is doing. It solves a massive need for me, and likely for thousands of other users who rely on their browser to learn and get things done.
Really impressed by ambition of the founder @ankur_toshniwal , and the dedication to constantly improving the product and gathering user feedback. Also blown away by the AI features.
I now rely on Peek entirely to help manage my internet workflow. Go Peek! 🐇
Congrats on the launch! I am in love with this concept, as I am a tab hoarder 😅. I'm curious about how it prioritizes which tabs to keep open and which to summarize. Does it learn user preferences over time, or is it more rule-based?
@dan16 You’re not alone! I built this for people like us haha.
There are no rules about categories, urls, or website domains. It’s based off the similarity of the meaning of web pages. Right now it doesn’t learn from your preferences, but we’re working on that!
Congrats on the launch! 🎉 It sounds like a great solution, and the process of browsing webs will become more comfortable. I would also like to know what unique advantages it has compared to Arc?
@zenda1122 Hi Zenda, great question!
Where we beat Arc:
- Your tabs are automatically and continuously organized by AI. Arc has a primitive "Tidy" feature. You will notice the quality of our AI organization to be significantly higher easier to use.
- You don't have to learn a new browser and migrate your content. The barrier to entry for Peek is much lower.
- A better UX for note-taking and task management than Arc
Congrats @ankur_toshniwal !!!! Lets get this to the top of PH today.
I've been watching Ankur and the team through the journey of building Peek and its wild how fast they ship. They are constantly seeking feedback and quickly act on it to drive a more useful experience. Highly encourage those that feel like they need some help organizing their browsing to give Peek a try and to reach out to ankur@gopeek.ai right after!
Congrats @ankur_toshniwal on the launch! I’m super excited to see Peek hit more users.
I’ve been following this team’s journey from the beginning and have to say that they have been very thoughtful about how they evolve the product. Ankur pays close attention to his users, so if you sign up and give feedback, you will have a hand in shaping how this product grows!
Congrats on the launch, I love the idea💖 For someone like me who uses a browser every day and opens many tabs for work, this extension looks very interesting and useful. But hopefully, Peek will be available for Windows soon. Keep it up, team!🚀
Tested it right now, and it feels like a surprisingly neat task-management for browsing. Is it possible to download from the appstore aswell, or only as a .dmg?
@marius_hofgaard Hey Marius, only available as a .dmg right now. We'll likely stay off the app store for a while because it can add a lot of headaches to shipping fast.
Congrats on the launch @ankur_toshniwal !!!!
Been super fun to see Peek develop over the past months - and even more exciting to see it publicly available now 🎉
Onwards and upwards!
I've worked with a LOT of chrome organizing tools, and I can definitely attest to this solving a lot of the problems they couldn't. Really great work on this, team!!
@pete_tran1 Hope it helps! When it becomes a lot, you can definitely leverage our search more. Search works well enough where I think Peek is worth it as is, but myself and other users are starting to feel more organization tooling once content is saved into Peek is urgently needed.
Whether it’s spaces, folders, or projects we haven’t decided yet, but we’re working on it!
Hi Ankur,
I'm excited to see how Peek can transform how we manage our online activities and ideas. I'll be sharing this with my network. Keep up the great work! Good luck!
The feature that finds related pages from your browser history as you type sounds super useful. Can you explain how this works and what kind of algorithms are behind it?
Very useful!
@ramya_pk Hi Ramya thanks for the question! As you browse, Peek stores and index webpages on your computer. When you type the title of a note, it will search your entire browser history for related tabs to that topic and suggest them in that note for you.
We do a lot of data cleaning to clean up web page content before storing it. Then we store it to a FAISS index that matches content based on how semantically similar they are. We then filter out bad matches with a set of heuristics, and then re-rank and display them to users!
@daniel_davidov Thanks for the feedback. If there was one feature you could bring into the browser that's currently only available in the app what would it be?
