This is kind of interesting... Peloton is branching out from simpler, group-oriented strength workout classes to more rep-based, directed instruction. Here's how this app differs from the classic Peloton app: Unlike the guided strength training workouts Peloton Members love on the Peloton App, workouts on Peloton Strength+ offer more flexibility and customization particularly when you’re training at the gym. Peloton Strength+ workouts can be built to incorporate your favorite gym equipment, such as cables, squat racks, bench presses, and free weights. Looks super handy, especially with the workout generator and gym-ready clips. :) Would be great if they add Diet Planning feature.

I'm actually pretty stoked about this. I got really into Peloton's strength classes this year but have been looking for ways to do more programmatic / focused exercises on specific muscle groups. I also love that this takes into account the equipment you have so you can try new things when working out in hotel gyms or places you aren't normally. Overall seems like a great complement to classes for concentrated work on specific muscle areas.
