@katesegrin For me, it's the deeper connection you get to form with both team members and customers while directing the fruits of your efforts towards good causes. Also, while for profit entrepreneurs set primary goals based on metrics like revenue and number of customers, social entrepreneurs do what they do first and foremost to be happy by helping others and of course, making a good living in the process. I've yet to launch my first social enterprise, but I'm sure it's my next step.
