Nailed the use case, I see many managers struggling with all round questions to ask and managing a separate confluence wiki for every 1-1. This is a 10x improvement.

I am an early user of this app. This is a very good product that I would recommend for managers. Manager are always jumping between meetings so context switching is not easy, this tool will help managers to be on top of things and not drop anything. It also helps with performance review, continuous feedback and also for better 1:1s in general.
In the past I have used a google doc that is shared with engineer and manager but this tool has a very good UI/UX and also prompts you with suggested questions too.
I am super excited about this product and would recommend other managers to give it a try.
