Too often, we see low external self-awareness which I believe is key for budding entrepreneurs and creatives to create wealth and win. High self-awareness can help us to pick the right areas to focus on, build the best team, and escape competition through authenticity. This product can help with all of this! @thibault_vandermosten This is very interesting. I did the Big5 at understandmyself.com 4-5 years ago. While it was extensive, your fresh approach on this is invigorating and ultimately very useful. @galaxyx7 Personas started years ago, with a thought. Who am I? Who is Thibault?
I had a certain perspective of myself, sure, but what of the rest of the world? Did they know me? Or did the Thibault they knew was someone completely different? That's when we realized that discovering that external perspective was borderline impossible. No one can straight up tell you in an objective way how they perceived you. And existing personality tests were only self-assessed.
We are also passionate about the Big 5 model. It's such a loss that it's the scientific gold standard, and so little known outside of academia. We want to help educate people about it and benefit from its language and power.
An easy and engaging entry point to the big five. Personas provides metrics and a scientific vocabulary to better understand your personality, how it's perceived, and how you might experience and perform in a current and future roles. I'm excited about the possibilities for professional development, both as an individual and manager.

I've been looking for something like this after having done a few of the stand personality assessments through school and work. Nice to see something more accessible!
@mikey_g2 It's part of our mission, to bring the top of the shelf knowledge and expertise and make it accessible, easy to understand, and affordable to all. We can't stomach test that ask 500, 1000, 2000$ per assessment

Personally, I've taken the big 5 personality test in the past and it's such an amazing tool to understand yourself in a whole different way. In particular, I think Personas is doing an outstanding job in order to help people and organisations to become more aware about who you are and assessing people the right way to get the best of everyone. I highly recommend you to try it out!
