Awesome to see some new Petcubes! Got the old one recently to keep an eye on Watson, who can be seen here enjoying the sun while I dev away. https://cl.ly/0W2f0J3C1z3h
I think your previous Kickstarter mentioned an API, curious if you have plans around opening that up with this new round of products?
@ay8s Andrew, I'm super glad you are enjoying your camera. API is still in works and now it might be much more functional because we have Bluetooth on board to connect with other devices. We'll keep our backers from both campaigns posted on our progress.
@craigfifield No technology can substitute a real dog company :) Way to go! But if you want to keep an eye on all your pack remotely, some sort of a cam might come in handy.
Hey Hunters,
It’s Andrey with Petcube. Happy to announce we’ve launched two great camera products on Kickstarter, beautifully designed to keep pets and their human slaves happy 24/7. Petcube Bites is an all-in-one interactive treat cam that lets you fling treats to your pets from your smartphone. Petcube Bites can become your next big break from catching more Pokémon. Petcube Play is our next-gen Petcube Camera, the #1 best-selling pet camera, promising even more fun with laser tag. How about some kick-ass laser games in night vision? Both cameras deliver the goods — 1080p HD, digital zoom, 24/7 video capture, night vision, sound/motion detection, and pet selfies!
At Petcube, we’re unwavering in our belief that products for pets should be designed with as much care as products designed for their humans,
So, we’re offering sweet deals exclusively on Kickstarter:

Back us and get your pick of the litter. Petcube Bites and Petcube Play will come in 3 colors — Rose Gold, Carbon Black, and Matte Silver.
Huge thanks in advance for the upvotes! As always, hit me up with questions. I’m here for you.
@_klen Petcube looks cool. I don't think my dog would be interested, but I love the idea of the physics-based treat dispensing ("Angry Birds for your dog").
Might be an interesting marketing hook in the future to release a model in a colour that dogs can see (blue/yellow)
@rossdcurrie Hey Ross, it's a great catch, many thanks for the chart. Currently dogs do see the laser just a bright high contrast spot comparable to a regular beam of light. Adding color would make much sense.
