Pickle - Your AI body double for zoom calls

by•

Pickle lets your AI body double join zoom calls instead of you. It lip-syncs to your voice, so you don't have to turn on your camera. Create your Pickle and make your zoom call easy.

Fantastic! I will check this out, remote work tools are nice. I made @Virtual Background Assistant to enhance virtual backgrounds. Indeed a good complement to this tool. Also thanks @jojo_samy

I prefer walk and talks but often need to show my face on a call, especially when meeting founders for the first time. I still wouldn't use this for most calls as it feels somewhat deceptive, but maybe social norms will change.

@rrhoover I like your perspective. I will only use this tool if I have informed the audience that I am using a virtual me plus lip sync i.e. (informal meeting). I am imagining the application hitting a bug and revealing you are not actually there

@rrhoover AI will soon surpass reality, so the norm will change.

What if both people on the call are using Pickle? 👬

This looks really interesting. I think many people will like it. But how do you control the movement according to the speech?

This is absolutely next-level for remote meetings! 🚀 Pickle as an AI body double that lip-syncs to your voice is a game-changer for those who want to stay engaged without turning on their camera. Love how this makes Zoom calls more effortless and flexible! Huge congrats on the launch—excited to see how this evolves! 🎉🔥

@saaswarrior I have a highly questionable use case for this tech! 😆 You could pair it with an AI-powered video interview assistant and ace every interview. The interviewer would see you looking straight at them, while in reality, you’re reading answers from your second screen. I bet this will push companies to bring back in-office interviews sooner than we think!

Sounds interesting. I just want to know if voice is somehow robotic or if it 100% resembles person's voice

Oh this is a great idea... we won't know who's in bed or at the beach.

I posted this on my Linkedin to get some reactions. Basically perfect for those lazy b........s who claim salaries but don't want to actually do any work..Another way to deceive your employers

@peshmode1 jeez thats a pretty harsh statement. From what I'm seeing, you still have to talk and listen to the meeting you just dont have to sit there looking your best each and every second of the call...idk how thats lazy

I love this. With my ADHD and autism I'm always fretting about doing zoom calls because i tend to make weird faces while talking or i take lots of notes which looks like I'm not listening or i may have to close my eyes to focus (I'm such a weird one lol) but this would give me so much more peace, allowing me to focus on the meeting rather than my antics
