I see this solution a number of an interesting features. First of all its ability to make a "asymmetric" presentation for customers from different timezones, which can not only look at slides, or listen lecture, but also communicate with presentator at any convenient time. On the other hand, the consumer receives the main information from the prepared and voiced presentation, and asks the presenter only clarifying questions.
