Plaato — Beer, airlock, beer fermentation, brewing, home brew

I came over this project on Kickstarter and thought that was pretty awesome. As a beer brewer myself with a busy schedule I thought this thing was a genius tool to use to control the fermentation and check the alcohol level of the batch. You can link it up with your phone so that you can control it during your busy schedule and I know that many guys are like me on here, busy, like gadgets and love brewing and drinking beer. Hope the rest of the community appreciate this as well!

Overall very happy with the equipment.

Pros:

Awesome bit of kit! I've used it on 12 brews and are very happy.

Cons:

Maybe it should handle more that 12 gallons, but good enough for me.
