I would just like to add the suggestion for "quality of life" type of improvement. I know you guys are a small team and doing your best to ship, so you can't focus on everything. Ability to upload/navigate files via Finder would be a life changer and it is one of the most requested feature. I would kindly ask you to consider hooking up your API with https://www.spacedrive.com/, so that way you won't have to build your own desktop app and use that resources to build other awesome features.

Some form of deeper desktop sync is on our roadmap. I haven't heard of Spacedrive or a VDFS before, thanks for sharing :) We'll check it out!

๐ฅ Start with an image and generate new AI variants
๐จ Repaint selected areas of your existing image
๐ Enhance the detail of an image
500 credits will be enough for you to generate 100s of images, which will be easy to store and organize in Playbook.
We currently support DALL-E and Stable Diffusion - stay tuned as we build more integrations!

Playbook is so great for working on art with collaborators. Now it is even helping me collaborate with Ai. I was already using it to store my Ai art and iterate on editing it. Now I can keep track of my prompts here too.

Been with Playbook since the early days in Aug 2021. User of Dropbox but Playbook does photos and images much better! Best of luck with the launch here. Have not tried the AI features yet though.

Congrats on launching! Are there any options for adjusting generated images after they have been generated?
@evanwherchek Yes! You can use Dall-E or Stable Diffusion to add variants, generate image-to-image iterations, and even inpaint, right from Playbook.
More integrations into creative tools like Photoshop, Lightroom, etc are on the roadmap. We think these new AI tools are just one more tool in a creative person's toolkit.

I've been utilizing Playbook for nearly a year, primarily for managing my mockups. The primary reason is the massive size of these files which is not well supported by services like Dropbox or Google Drive, especially when it comes to previewing PSD files - their performance in this aspect is rather unsatisfactory.
Moreover, Playbook's user-friendly interface would make it an excellent choice for showcasing one's work. If I were a graphic designer, I would seriously consider using it as a portfolio platform due to its sheer ease of use.

I have been searching for dropbox alternative for years. Being a designer playbook had come really handy for me to store my files. Amazing part is that all my files with pdf, ai, cdr, eps, jpg, psd, png etc have thumbnail preview which not even native windows have it. I am super happy to have generous 4tb storage offered. Highly recommend to all the desiners around. A must have tool.

Playbook is a great tool to organize images and files, i really like the UI.
I tried Playbook AI to generate images, but honestly the results were really disappointed, i tried different prompts (simple, medium, and complex) and i did not see one good image, the models need to be trained a lot more because it is too far from other generative image tools, but it is the beginning, i hope it improves over time!
@alex_lp Haha, I get that. I think these tools are only going to get better โ that's why we're not making our own, we're just making it super easy to trigger Stable Diffusion / Dall-E (and hopefully more to come) and organize the results!
My dream is that once there are hundreds of models, you'll be able to take any new model for a spin and compare the results in a visual & beautiful tool like Playbook.
