Anna, you are onto something great here!
Ploito seems like a seamless way to ease communication with my colleges when we work from home.
We have used Around for more than a year now, and we love the lightness of it, but I'd be happy to try this as well.
On top of this, Anna is one of the few founders I found on this platform who cares and takes the time and effort to provide valuable feedback. Cheers to that, and congrats on the launch!

Each employee makes a list of tasks for the day that he plans to do. At the end of the day, he gives himself two ratings: satisfaction and fatigue. If fatigue exceeds satisfaction, this is the main sign of burnout. When combined with other metrics such as productivity and continuity, you can more accurately talk about burnout and help an employee cope with it.

Very interesting idea and I think really necessary as working remotely has increased rapidly during last years. It's very important to make it as efficient as possible and I think your tool might really help with that.

@amved When the day ends, employee can mark their fatigue and satisfaction. If they are tired more than satisfied, it's a point that burnout of employee is starting. We have a special formula for calculating it
