Live feedback during the meetings is killer to action in the moment and the new feedback after meetings on what you could have done better based on your goals. For eg - it recently told me how I could have talked more about the vision of the company when talking to an investor.

This tool looks great. As a customer-facing team member I've struggled to stay focused on meeting topics while also taking meaningful notes and action items. I love that Poised handles it for you (and great name)! I also love that it tells you how many filler words you've used - I'm always trying to improve my meetings and speaking skills. Great product!

I have been really excited by what poised is up to. By integrating into our day to day they have seamlessly been able to boost productivity and attention to detail. By lifting the load off of our daily activities it allows us to do what we do best while keeping track of what’s going on.

I've been a dedicated user of Poised for quite some time, and I cannot emphasize enough how invaluable it has been, especially as a non-native English speaker. It's quite disheartening to receive feedback suggesting to enhance communication - which, frankly, is far from constructive. That's where Poised has been a game-changer for me, with its real-time suggestions that never cease to amaze. Keep moving the needle!

Users love the live feedback during the meeting which also helps them make sure they covered their key points. Feedback after the meeting showing what they could have done better based on their goals is also very actionable for next time.
@gil_dabah @soumyamohan 100% on real-time feedback. It's a game-changer because Poised is in your actual meetings with you, so the feedback is much more actionable rather than in a fake or simulated practice scenario.
@gil_dabah I personally love the feedback after meetings about what went well and what to try for next time. It’s more than just feedback on filler words but how strongly I lead a meeting or if I sound unstructured overall. Hope you get to check it out!

Are there any other metrics or criteria that your product uses to track users' communication skills, except overuse of filler words?
@viktoria_zaiets Thanks! Filler words is just a start - along with indicators like how concise you were, questions you asked, hedging language, pace ec - Poised also provides qualitative feedback unique to each meeting based on the goals of that meeting.
@viktoria_zaiets @soumyamohan My favorite part is that it gives me feedback completely in the context of my meeting, and what I was trying to accomplish. Here's a snippet of some feedback I got from leading our last team meeting: "During the review and reflection on project objectives, you shared a lot of information but did not actively encourage others to contribute their thoughts or ideas."
@viktoria_zaiets We provide qualitative feedback! One of the things I was unaware of was how I don't transition well in between topics, so this makes the conversation less structured.

@vronsaron Would love to learn more what's scary? Poised actually auto-deletes all your meeting recordings as a default setting if that's a concern.
