PokeVS launched a few months ago and has become one of the biggest and most accurate Pokemon Go trackers, showing you the location, despawn time and even IVs of Pokemon around the world.
PokeVS 2.0 has added a bunch of new features including
- Increased timer accuracy on the despawn time of Pokemon
- Improved Filter system and desktop notifications when a Pokemon spawns that the user is interested in
- Crowdfunded city scanning to ensure that popular cities are always displaying Pokemon
- 24/7 scanning so the user can immediately see nearby Pokemon without having to wait for the city to be scanned
- New membership based pricing model
They've also just added a million-dollar-homepage style advertising model

While Pokemon GO has lost the mainstream attention it once had there is still core fan base playing the game daily. We launched this service as a free map during the Pokemon GO "craze" and continued to maintain it ever since. Over the past month we have attracted the attention of VentureBeat - https://venturebeat.com/2017/04/... - this led to a variety of other news outlets covering the service which ultimately contributed to the rapid growth we have experienced thus far.
Our most recent addition of the membership model is a measure to curb the insane cost of running the tracker - more on that here https://www.reddit.com/r/pokemon...
The membership covers the costs outlined in the reddit post above. We service scans for over 100k users but we are able to keep up with demand. Thanks to the traffic we decided to launch our marker ads - www.pokevs.com/advertise - as a non intrusive way of selling low cost ad space on our service in order to return to a free scanning model once again.
Until then the $9.99/month or $39.99 lifetime membership options give users access to unlimited scanning across the globe. We have and will continue to add other features/services as we continue to grow.
