We've had a lot of feedback from small and large-scale organizations around feeling really overwhelmed and challenged when it comes to running better company-wide meetings like All Hands, Town Halls, QBRs, and similar large events. That's why we're excited to launch Q&A today! Q&A by Polly is redesigning meeting experiences for hybrid teams across the most important company syncs on your calendar: All Hands and QBRs. With Q&A, employees will have a better experience to share feedback, and moderators will have an easier time running these events without the chaos. Why Polly Q&A? Employees will have more ways to use their voice: 📢 Easily submit questions and feedback to Q&As without ever leaving Slack 🙈 Submit questions publicly or anonymously—whatever you're most comfortable with ⬆️ Upvote submissions you want addressed Moderators will have a more streamlined experience: 👥 Add collaborators to help triage and moderate Q&As ⛑️ Triage all submissions and decide which ones you want to keep private or share publicly ⬆️ Understand what conversations are most important across the company by sorting through most upvoted questions 📈 Drive up responses with Q&A sessions by meeting employees where they work—Slack, Teams, Zoom, QR codes, and email! 👨‍💻 Hosts are empowered with post-event data and analytics, covering both pre-submitted and live Q&A submissions. Seeing this in action made me realize just how wrong all other q&a meetings are done. It is one of the most expensive meetings a company has. You should want to optimize that meeting to be the most productive use of time! I’m very excited to see how others appreciate this feature!

This is really cool and feels like a long time coming! Congrats @bmajz and team. Out of curiosity, do you see this competing or complementing the suite of knowledge management tools out there that do Q&A in Slack? (asking from experience ;) ). I realize the use cases are different, but wondering how customers may interpret the overlap in funtionality!

@chris_buttenham this is really meant to be more around events rather than learning systems. But we will be launching quizzes and are looking at ways we can integrate with knowledge sources. I see a strong need for ad-hoc stuff in addition to the more programmatic things that LMS/KMSes provide
