This is what one of my favorite teams and products I use everyday. Proud to be able to call them friends and a user since the beginning. Since playing with these pro features in the beta I can't begin to attest how are they are and how you should sign up right now.
Keep it lit Polymail.

Where's the exchange support? You guys have been trailing users along with "exchange support coming soon" for 11 months now. I still have an email saying it was coming in February.
Polymail looks slick, but I can't justify having two apps on my phone and desktop to support exchange and gmail.
Outside of jumping over to gmail for the occasional distant-past search, I'm a full-time Polymail user on OS X and iOS. By integrating functionality from the various gmail plugins we've come to love (read tracking, auto-unsubscribe, send later, click tracking) into native apps, they've won me over (at least until they inevitably get acquired π¬)
I've had critical problems with Polymail for > month now, preventing from using the app. @sasanchez replied me once and still nothing happened. This kind of behavior is expected from large corporations with high level of bureaucracy or from one-man-startups, Polymail is neither. I was a huge fan of Polymail, but I would not recommend going pro as for now.
@vladzima@sasanchez Hey Vladislav, sorry to hear you've been having issues. Please feel free to email me directly at foo@polymail.io and we'll get this sorted out for you. Thanks!
I was an early cusomer who has grown through product pains. Nonetheless, their actions the past 6 months reaffirms my opinion of them being laser focused on building GREAT products.
They are in the process of reimagining how office productivity is done on your mobile and desktop. Oh what a time to be building office productively apps ...
I like how this is praised, while @newtonmailapp was completely shit on for also going paid. In fact, if my math is correct, Polymail is even more expensive.
Have been using Polymail since it's inception and have been loving it just the majority of folks here.
I am also totally willing to pay for a premium email experience so that Polymail can choose its own destiny and not be shut down. However, a paid product, has a much higher bar it needs to meet in order to be worth it.
While the features themselves in Polymail Pro are absolutely worth it, the sheer amount of random UX and feature bugs Polymail has is frankly astounding for a paid product. Things like: Message read state UI being completely broken on iOS, threads popping in and out of my inbox after swiping them away, images and other attachments not being included in the email. These are all fairly big issues to deal with on a daily basis for a product that costs $9/user/month.
I know I'm coming across like a hater, and I'm not, I still use Polymail everyday. I just wish @foolywk and the gang would spend a couple cycles working on bugs and stability, rather than new features.
Make this app less buggy and more stable and it's a homerun!
@daniel_schwartz Hey Daniel, thanks for your longtime support as an early Polymail user! I appreciate your feedback on how we can can improve, and we'll be working hard at making sure those issues are addressed as soon as possible. Thanks again, and look forward to seeing you around! π
Congrats on the PH launch! Been using Polymail Pro as a beta tester for a good amount of time now and I'm loving it so far. They had the design game down since day 1. The functionality game was also there from the start but now with Pro it's become above and beyond. The new features have been really helpful with streamlining some key things that we are doing at my company. Highly recommend! :)
Dedicated user here @bshins. Any plans to include auto-swipes like Mailbox did? Really miss that feature and no other email app seems to have it yet :)
I've been a beta tester for both Polymail on Mac and iOS for months now + I have to say - I can't go back to any other email app. If there have ever been any issues or bugs the Polymail team have been hugely helpful in getting them sorted + fixed. On top of that, the feature-set is incredible, the app is wonderful to use and I actually consistently keep on top of my email inbox now.
I've had a chance to beta-test Polymail Pro + absolutely LOVE the features they're bringing here. The basic free version of Polymail is great - but if you're a business owner or do a lot with your emails then Pro is going to help you step up to a whole new level. Link + attachment tracking has been invaluable for me, the message templates are great + I can't wait to see where the Polymail team take this next.
If the level of engagement + features brought out through the beta is anything to go by - Polymail is going to keep on getting better + better.
@missrachilli Thanks so much for the kind words, Rachel! Really appreciate having you with us during Beta - we couldn't have done this without your help and support! ππΌ
