PomoDone is the easiest way to track your workflow using Pomodoro technique, on top of your current task management service.

I love pomodone - been using for several years now. Connects with jira, Asana, Trello, todoist etc etc. It's really an entirely new product category. It's a really sophisticated product with reporting and other goodies.

@surfy Thanks a lot, Mark!

Is there any plans for an iOS app? Came across this when I was looking for a Pomodoro app. I went with Pomotodo which seemed amazing - until I had to use their Mac app which is basically unusable.
Alex Mauzon
@jonovono Thanks for asking! We are still working on mobile version (both iOS and Android). I can add you to our Mobile App Waiting List if you'd like, and you can follow our social accounts (TW, FB & G+)

does this work for apple's reminders at all?
Alex Mauzon
@digitivinc Hi, it doesn't work directly (at least for now), but can work via calendar and using IFTTT or Zapier.

There are so few good solutions for juggling tasks in multiple trackers, because it's surprisingly difficult to get right. Many of us dream of having a single task aggregator to manage our stuff, but we also tend to be very picky about the features and how they're presented.

In my limited experience so far, the PomoDone team seem like the right people to do it. Not only are they brave enough to take on a project with so many hidden complexities, but they're also giving it loads of attention in many different areas. I have several little niggles about details in PomoDone but, given what I've seen, this is a team that knows how to prioritise. No wonder they're showing the rest of us how to Get Stuff Done. Kudos!

Pros:

Aims to work with your setup, not replace it.

Team is responsive, helpful.

Very configurable but works well by default.

Great integrations.

Cons:

Several key integrations aren't available for free trial (without asking).

No automatic cross-source Today view, but they're working on it.

If it connected with OmniFocus, you'd have my vote. :)
Alex Mauzon
@nscmnto Don't hide your vote too far away, we're working on this integration ;)

This is really close to something I've been looking for for a long time. Two integration questions: 1) GitHub issues, and 2) iOS / iCloud Reminders? Is there any way to import local Reminders now?
Alex Mauzon
@craigeley Thanks for asking: 1) GitHub issues: in backlog, going to work on the integration soon 2) Reminders: there is no API for now, as far as I remember, however, I use IFTTT and Zapier to keep my Reminders synced to the Todoist (https://ifttt.com/applets/215804...) and other tools. Hope it does help ;)
craig eley
@mauzon 1) Awesome! and 2) Well, the APIs exist, but access seems to be granted locally. For example, a native Mac or iOS app can ask for a user's permission to access their Reminders. Either way, I use a similar workaround with my GitHub issues, so if #1 comes through then I will be all set. Looking forward to seeing how this app develops!

@mauzon Been working with this a bit more now, and I actually have more questions: - Is the web app only for paid accounts? I got an email saying I was on the "supporter" plan, but that plan isn't listed in your pricing model and when I click on "dashboard" it says I need to upgrade to use that feature. - Clicking the Chrome extension doesn't do anything, even after entering my API key and preferences - Is there any way to edit the lists under the "Local" category in the Mac app, or are the only options "Local stuff" and "Web"? Sorry to use PH as a troubleshooting forum, but I think this info might be helpful to other people hunting this app right now.
Alex Mauzon
@craigeley - Web App is available on https://app.pomodoneapp.com and available for all types of account - We released new premium plans today but didn't update mailing yet, previously named "Supporter Plan" is the "Ultimate Plan" now. We're fixing the naming now (update: done)! Thanks a lot. Profile dashboard should be available for any paid plan. - Re Chrome Extension: would you mind me asking how is it configured? I believe we can sort it out via our feedback form or our site live chat system. - We're going to release new build with such functionality (managing Local Project within the app), for now you can do it in your Profile: https://my.pomodoneapp.com/accou... (you can add/rename/delete projects other than default ones: local stuff and web).

I used Pomodoro Time before but it can't keep track with my todo list and I need to manually enter the task name again and again, which is quite annoying. I like Pomodone of syncing most of the to do apps out there. I personally use Todoist so it works perfectly for me. Thanks for the great product!

PomoDone is definitely the best Pomodoro technique app around there. I've been using it since the first versions, a couple of years ago, and had tried several other options before.

Two points I can highlight are:

1. The ability to sync the tasks with dozens of to-do list apps (I use Todois), project managing apps (I like Trello) and any kind of tool that allows you to create lists. If you don't use any, you may simple add tasks directly into the app.

2. The availability in all major platforms you can imagine. So doesn't matter if I'm on Windows or Linux PC or even can't install the app (using the web version or phone), I can just open the app and start tracking and managing my working hours.

3. When a timer is finished, be it a working timer or break timer, it has the option to change the focus of the window to the app, reminding me that I need to stop or should get back to work.

Besides that, it is so customizable (timers, sounds, shortcuts, etc.) that can fit to nearly any use-case, all up to the user! Finally, it keeps track of all your working time and breaks (which you can add notes to), so you may review them later and check out how you may improve on using your time.

PomoDone really helps me getting things done, keeps me focused and helps me improving the way I use my time. I'm relly grateful for all the team and the creator, as there is simply no other app with the all the mentioned functionalties!! Thank you!

Pros:

- Integrates with all sort of tasks/lists apps

- Syncs in all major platforms

- Highly customizable

- Timers history

- Awersome support

Cons:

Honestly, I can't find any cons. Whenever I had trouble, support helped and soon or later what I had in mind came to be implemented.

been using it for a while now, the only task tracker that works seamlessly with Trello and has everything built in that I need for my workflow.

Finally the Pomodoro timer I've been looking for.

Pros:

Easy to use, works well with my Trello boards and does make me more productive!

Cons:

Nothing so far.

Hi, I am Alex from PomoDone App team. I'm in love with Pomodoro technique for years, but I'm tired for duplicating my tasks or combining some task management environment (and I use plenty of it because of client's requirements) with time tracking software and pomodoro apps. Kitchen timer is great, but my pockets are usually filled with other things, and I work in many different places ;) This is how PomoDone App idea was born. Being a professional procrastinator I am not always ready to start with 25 minutes, so PomoDone App supports wider timeboxing concept (I love to start with 5 mins countdown timer). I also do like the idea to use time boxing for home errands as well as the web surfing, so we decided to split the Pomodone Log using buckets (private vs corporate), and use Chrome extension as the App launcher (to keep URLs, titles and restrict browsing time) plus block time killing website when the timer is running. There also versions for Windows and Linux, as well as Web App: http://pomodoneapp.com I'd really appreciate any feedback and feature requests, as well as the contribution. Cheers, Alex PS. Don't hesitate to contact me via Twitter DM for any question and Promo Codes for our Premium Plans ;)

Guys, name is misleading, the Pomodono App is for Windows and Linux too! It works perfectly on my Ubuntu, Linux Mint and Windows 10.
Alex Mauzon
@sergej_fedorovic thanks, now we're able to fix this mistake ;)

I can't tell you how pleased I am with this software. I actually love it. I've tried several pomodoro apps and this is the best by far, the interface is nicer, and more functional which is what I'm looking for, the daily log review is amazing and easy to read, so I can review what i need to immediately. And finally, the integration with Todoist makes it that much better. Overall, this is a world class app. And I'm very happy to have found it. And your service was great too! Well worth the money!
Alex Mauzon
@rich895 Thanks a lot, Richard!
