Hey ProductHunt! Excited to present my latest project: Portals, a seamless AI agent experience for users of any of your websites or digital products. Easily set up everything you need on our management platform and deploy your custom agent directly on your site. Every organization understands the need to interact with customers and resolve issues, which can be time-consuming even though at least 50%+ of issues are re-occurring or can be automated. This includes fetching documentation to answer questions (traditionally done with help pages), sending inquiries or feedback (contact us form), and scheduling meetings like demos (calendar component). It should be up to us to bring these elements together and respond to customers faster and more effectively. Additionally, agents are perfect for triaging with users and gaining details and insights before a team member reaches out to resolve their case. While building my own solo projects, a lightweight, flexible, and affordable solution to customer experience was always on my radar. I also face the same issues as a software engineer in big tech who resolves customer tickets. I'm hoping to quickly gather your feedback and enhance the platform to work for more and more clients.
