@samhkpk Hi Sam! Thanks for your response. My apologies -- I didn't even see your free version, which is usually a fine alternative to a free trial. Thanks for the code. I'll try PostPlanner out this week.
Hi @mil5om, we currently support publishing to Facebook and Twitter. Check it out! Use coupon code P3HUNT for a couple of months free following this link: http://bit.ly/1MIghCi
Hi @mil5om, we currently use Login with Facebook for account creation. You can add Twitter in Settings (Social Networks) and deactivate your Facebook profile by clicking the profile image. Here's how: http://rizv.io/agaR. Cheers!
@mil5om Yes as Sam said you have to login with a FB profile, but don't ever have to post to FB. You can add as many Twitter accounts as you want and post to them. There is also a really cool option to re-queue every post you make to Twitter so that you can always have a constant flow of posts scheduled to your account without have to copy and paste over and over and over again!
I just signed up and after 20 minutes (after the intro video π) I can honestly say that this will save me hours and it is fun to use. I love the Canva integration as well. Love it!

Our default content has been proven to boost engagement in any niche and when you spend a little time to customize the app - Voila!. Everything is in one place and scored by our systems so you can get sustainable and predictable engagement on Facebook & Twitter. @ramgangisetty The main difference between Post Planner and Buffer is the content discovery. Post Planner helps you find proven content from any social or blog feed -- so you can be data-driven in your social media posting. Instead of guessing on what to post on your fan page or Twitter account, you can base your posting decisions on data -- ie. the past social performance of content. This is especially useful on Facebook, where the news feed algorithm is so mysterious and consequential. Hope that helps. :)
I had a very poor experience with Post Planner. Maybe I can save someone else the frustration of dealing with them.
I pre-paid for an annual plan early last year. In November, *three months* before my subscription was due to renew, they auto-charged me for another year of service. I didn't plan on renewing, however, since the service wasn't that useful to me. (It could definitely be useful to others.)
They also upgraded me (unprompted) to a higher-tier plan that would be more expensive for me in the next billing cycle.
When I got in touch with their customer service to ask for a refund and to cancel the forthcoming plan, they refused to reverse the charge and specifically told me that their Terms of Service allow them to auto-renew their customers three months early.
No interest in doing the right thing and refunding a charge for a service I hadn't received (and didn't want). The unsolicited plan upgrade was positioned as a "thank you" for my business, as they had provided the upgrade at a discount on its first billing cycle. No mention that it would be dramatically more expensive in the next billing cycle.
Reviews from other customers on the Better Business Bureau list other complaints about other questionable billing practices.
Really shady behavior. It sure seems like they're trading long-term customer good will for short-term cash.
