Hey Product Hunt! Thanks for checking us out today. We have been hard at work on building Practice Pro, which was worked on amongst hundreds of requests from customers including coaches, virtual assistants, dog trainers, and all kinds of other businesses of one.
It has been so interesting talking to solopreneurs every single day over the past several years - you learn so much about what matters to people starting their business out, and how they want to do it their way, own their stuff, and leave client with a great impression. We try to do that all under this banner so that people can level up their client experience.
Pro will always be adding features, but today we are launching a digital signature component to the product, which has been requested a ton, as well as custom domains, branding and tons of stuff under the hood to make the experience just right. We'll also be adding Zapier connections to the product really shortly, so Practice can connect to a ton of different other web services for those solopreneurs who want to add extra moving parts.

How have you upgraded the payment experience for coaches since you started?
@julius_bachmann hey Julius! yeah there is a bunch of stuff we're adding here that i think will help a lot - and payment features continue to evolve, too, to serve people's businesses better as we go.
talking to customers has been the core of this work - for me, a digital signature vs a checkbox isn't a HUGE deal, but for many customers, it is gigantic. so many customer conversations went into this, which is why we are so proud of it. :)
Practice Pro is exactly what my business needed to take client communication to the next level. The custom branding and new integrations are making my job so much easier. Thank you for creating such a user-friendly CRM!

Congrats on the launch! Excited to see a solution made for solopreneurs. A lot of the other options on the market aren't affordable as they are made for bigger businesses.

I can see why solopreneurs would love this. A seamless integrated solution saves hours of research and integration time which small businesses just don’t have. Looking forward to it!
@philippe_beaudoin2 hey philippe 🌈 it's true, it's such a huge deal for things to be seamless, it almost replaces an assistant, which is what the next level up would be for a business. instead, a product should walk you through steps that you are able to customize, so that the client experience is super smooth.
