A platform makes sending kudos (PETs) and structured feedback easy and fun for small and large companies. All PETs appear on the company timeline to create an ongoing positive buzz, and provide sociometric and other charts and data for HR and management.

With 20+ years of experience in Leadership and Management Consulting and working with teams and leaders to help them succeed, we were shocked to see that the same goes on at many small or large companies: People do their job, - better or worse, but they receive no feedback whatsoever. This is highly needed - a tool for making sure your team is healthy and everyone is easily engaging with each other. This can be easy to see inside small teams, bit when the company gets bigger - it can be tricky. Congratulations on the launch and wish you lots of luck!
@tytti_sandstrom Thank you, we believe that it is vital to keep the spirits up in the teams, - it might mean survival or death in extreme cases, - see Shackleton on South Pole...:)
