sorry, you have this issue, actually, this error means that your PowerPoint cannot reach the Microsoft app catalog to get the add-in details. Basically, your local machine cannot "talk" to the app catalog for some reason. This may be for a variety of reasons:
* No internet connection
* Blocked by the firewall
* Access disabled by a security policy
* Add-in installation disabled by administrator for Office applications
Make sure you have a good internet connection and try again
Also, Can you give us more information which version of PowerPoint you tried to install the add-in on

Regarding GoogleSlides, Yes sure actually we are working now on the Google slides Version to be released very soon
@momen_elshamy @samir_soliman Internet is fine. But it could be one of the other things. Will test and let you know. I am on MS Office Professional Plus 2016

Yes sure illustrations on premast plus are fully editable, you can select the item you want and click on "convert it into shapes" then ungroup it and you can edit it. or you can send us an e-mail to info@premast.com and we will send you detailed tutorial on how to use it.

Suggestion: Given that I have worked in enterprises in my previous roles, you should consider building charting features like ThinkCell. Graphics + Charts = Complete Presentation Suite

Really useful and easy to use tool, you shouldn't be a designer to use it, easy steps and you will get a stunning design
Love the templates but seriously, where do I sign in??? There is no LOGIN button, there is only a signup....so when I created my account, it autosaved my password. But in PP, I have to literally login every time and getting my password is a pain. Can you fix this????

there is 2 parts in your issue
First: regarding website- right now you only can login and browse templates from PowerPoint, but we are working now on web version so that you can also view all the items and download it from website.
Second: for entering your password every time you open the add-in in powerpoint, actually I think you miss to check the box behind "Remember Me", after checking this box when you login add-in will login you automatically after that

all the elements are fully editable you can change size and colors to work with your brand
