Capture payment and data all in one embeddable form built on top of Stripe Checkout. Build any publish any form using our no code editor and embed it wherever you need. All the power of Stripe combined with a flexible form builder and Checkout API.
Accepting payments online is now pretty much solved (thanks Stripe!) but when you need to customize payment terms or capture additional order information you usually have to write some code or figure out a way to move metadata around before or after checkout.
I've felt this first pain first hand building out PriceBlocs and our early users have felt it too. That's where our new hosted checkout forms come in. Now you can combine the best of Stripe Checkout with custom data capture.
Using our page builder, you can create custom checkout forms to:
* capture any data you need using a variety of form field inputs including standard ones like inputs, selects, datepickers etc. but also more specialized fields for legal terms, tax ids and more
* set any payment terms including payment plan installments, authorizations, payment methods etc.
* set conditional logic to control checkout based on form selections
* prefill fields using query string params and forward those values into Stripe Checkout
* publish the form to your own subdomain or alias url
* embed the form in any 3rd party site like Webflow
* use our Zapier app and API to move your Checkout data through any automation workflow
So far we've had over $1m in sales volume go through checkout forms in the past few months so now it's time to share it with everyone else!

I feel like this is a game-changer for small businesses and mom-and-pop shops to easily and quickly take payments from custom forms and links. Are there templates customers can choose from? And how do your fees work with Stripe's fees? Will definitely be checking this out - congrats on the launch!
@sunkim thanks!

The great part of about these forms is that they are highly configurable. Stripe's API is amazing but extensive, it's a challenge to build out more custom terms and capture data so we're hoping to solve that by bring them together in one point and click interface. Installment payments are a good example of this. The customer wants to offer a payment plan but behind the scenes there needs to be some coordination of subscription schedules etc. We take care of all of that complexity so sellers don't have to.

> Are there templates customers can choose from?
We have a list of templates here which covers different payment scenarios and components https://priceblocs.com/builder/a...

> And how do your fees work with Stripe's fees?
So the fees on the https://priceblocs.com/pricing page are in addition to Stripe's base fees.
