Congrats on your launch @joannezchen and @frederick_qi1.
Great website design!
I have some interesting questions for you.
1) What framework is the website running
2) Would you consider to add some instructions at first? (maybe some guide)
@joannezchen@xavier_jj Thanks for your great feedback Xavier! We are always excited to have a conversation like that.
1. We are using the ReactJS + FastAPI + Websocket + AWS Beanstalk as our backend-frontend framework to make it happen, if you are interested in this more or having any other questions, feel free to tell us!
2. Yes. In the current version, we do have the tutorial/instruction as the first messages that you can see in the chatbox but maybe they are not obvious or clear to be noticed and to be understood so we would also improve it to make our users have better experience.
Big thanks and shout out to you for your feedbacks and questions!
@joannezchen@frederick_qi1 Hi Fred sorry for the late reply.
Cool you guys are really technically inclined to make so many integrations of Frameworks. As a fellow developer, I love that you are using code instead of no code tools.
Yes, i actually played the game for awhile and I realise that the instructions are on the first few chat.
As in my app, i actually have a guide before the user start using, just a thought :P
Could be a few pictures that pops up with a press of a button or an interactive one or maybe even a short video.
@xavier_jj
Hey Xavier, thanks for trying out the product. Yes, we quite enjoy building out things with the technology from scratch haha.
I totally agree with what you've said that an interactive may be necessary for people to quickly engage with the product so we'd love to engage with the product that you are going to roll out soon! Please notify us when it's available!
@frederick_qi1@xavier_jj Hey Xavier, thanks for your insightful comments. All three of us co-founders have an engineering background while we also have background in other disciplines like economics and neuroscience. Each of us has a distinct focus within the product, but we've all been hands-on with coding right from the start. It’s been a truly enjoyable journey for us.
Also, we appreciate your suggestion regarding the guide. We’re committed to continuously improving it and your feedback is invaluable in this process. Thanks again!
@juanfrank77@esus Hi thanks for the feedback! Wow you guys are doing something amazing there, I just followed you up and looking forward to your next generation product on the platform, keep in touch Esus and Juan!
@esus Thank you so much! We are thrilled to hear that you like our product. And also thanks for introducing @juanfrank77 to us – we're always open to exploring collaborative opportunities, especially with like-minded innovators.
My inner book geek got a little too excited for this! 🤩🐣Amazing idea! Congrats on the launch guys! 🎉🙌
Could work a little on the website, but it still looks great! ✅😇
All the best to the whole team! 💜💫
@mansi_trivedi1 We're thrilled that our project has sparked such excitement in a fellow book geek! Thank you for the warm congratulations on our launch – it means a lot to us. We appreciate your feedback on the website too. We're committed to working on refining it.
@ksusha_golovchenko We want to eventually build it as a gamified experience where people can even put their own stories like that to share with others. But for sure, It's totally up to you if you want to define it as a game or not!
@gipetto Thank you so much! 🕵️♂️ We're really excited that you like the concept of stepping into the detective's shoes with Sherlock. It's this kind of enthusiasm and support that inspires us. Stay tuned for more adventures and updates!
