Great idea! 💯

Hey, ProductHunt community! In the past, we’ve struggled with tons of user feedback stored in different places in an unstructured way, and acting upon it was nearly impossible. We couldn’t have found an affordable yet convenient tool to help us with that, and we started to build one of our own, which is why and how we created ProdCamp. We at ProdCamp strive to help businesses keep customers in mind in their decision-making process. That cost of retaining a customer is much lower than acquiring a new one. Customer happiness and success are not something you remember from time to time, but they should be the main reason for the business to exist. We’ve shipped several key improvements that can streamline the flow of the feedback collection process. We are introducing our Embeddable widget. Now you can embed a feedback widget in your app and collect user feedback directly into ProdCamp. Other cool features we’ve shipped recently: Email forward as a feedback channel. Sprintless mode (yes, we listen to our users!) and realized that sprints that larger customers use make it too complicated for smaller customers. Now you can assign features to the right columns on your public roadmap. Your feedback is much appreciated.
