@eriktorenberg Great talk. very glad to see more traditional "non-tech" folk on the podcast @mikeshinoda - there's definitely some great nuggets of insight here.

I think one of the best things about this podcasts (for me, at least) is that it portrays musicians in a different light than usual; they aren't just creative minds and risk-takers, but savvy business people who are very aware of what's going on, both within their industry and outside it. Shinoda is a great example of a super talented artist who is internationally famous and could rest solely on his artistic laurels, but is always pushing to do more, both as a creative mind and as a business mind.
