@ramlijohn Thanks, Ramli! That was the goal. Practice what we preach! :) It took us a pretty long time to get this out there as we redid all the images and made it easier for folks to navigate through the chapters with the sticky table of contents. But so happy it's finally out in the wild. :)

@customerlyio @wes_bush First of all we knew we had to fire our customers that do not experience the juice of Customerly. Then we started creating everything from scratch with one single goal in mind: bring as fast and easy as possible the user to the Aha moment. We are 6 months in rebuilding entirely our product suite and will launch soon here on PH. I'll shoot you a message on twitter with the results we are going to get from the changes implemented :)

Initially we didn't want folks to fill out their email to request a copy but turns out it's the easiest way to send a copy out. Whoops. It's fixed now.
